Local Chick-fil-A team member chases customer’s dog down Archer Road
Press release from Chick-fil-A
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – His last name isn’t BOLTon for nothing! Thomas Bolton (shown above in the red shirt), a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Archer Road, chased a guest’s dog down Archer Road after the pup jumped out of the owner’s car!
To track the dog down, Thomas ran after it down Archer Road and through another intersection. Thankfully, Thomas and his new furry friend were OK, and the guest was very grateful for Thomas bolting into action.
“I didn’t really think about it. I just wanted to help our guest,” said Bolton. “While I wasn’t planning on running down Archer Road that day, I was just happy that I was able to help save the dog.”
They hire good people. Some other restaurants could learn from their example.
Really glad him and the dog are ok.
Nice job!! Happy both were unharmed 🙂
I bet this will go viral and turn into a Chick-fil-A commercial.
Great job!
Another reason I love Chick FIL A ! Amazing team members creating exceptional service !
That was a really stupid idea!!! If he would’ve been hit by car!! Luckily he (the worker) wasn’t hit by a car!!! EVERYONE WOULD BE WONDERING WHY THE OWNERS DIDNT CHASE THEIR OWN DOG DOWN!!!🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
He was running on the sidewalk away from cars. He would never have put himself in danger.
If it was any other fast food place, the employee probably would have been fired for leaving their post! Kudos to the CF employee!
