Man arrested for lewd and lascivious battery on 14-year-old

ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. – Sheriff Clovis Watson Jr. would like to share that today, Alachua County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Justin Robert Wade Anderson, 36, and charged him with Lewd and Lascivious Conduct involving a 14-year-old victim. The investigation revealed that between the late night hours of September 3rd and the early morning hours of September 4th, Mr. Anderson committed an act of lewd conduct when, while intoxicated, he solicited the victim to engage in sexual activity, which the victim refused. After the arrest of the suspect, he was transported to the Alachua County Jail, where he is awaiting first appearance.
