Heck of a mugshot…. Duh!
Drugs ain’t the issue , Mental health is wayed bigger than anything….
3 hots and a cot, he knows the system. Going to get some Healthcare too, all on citizens tax dollars. Called frequent flyer urban outdoorsman.
He is mentally incompetent and has been for 30 years. He needs to take medication daily for his condition. But there is nobody to make sure he takes it.
Ten years ago his wife died from cancer and shortly after that his brother was murdered in front of him.
I am an elderly family member and unable to help him. Instead of putting him in jail he needs to be in a group home set up to handle people in his situation.
He may be in jail right now and probably won’t get out for awhile with a $5,000 bond. But at least he won’t hurt anyone anymore he’s no longer homeless.
