  • I bet he drove himself home from Judge Danne’s court, probably laughing at her the whole way.

  • ROR on a hit and run with serious injury, driving without a valid license, and on probation. There is a reason why Judge Danne only handles civil traffic court and is a 2nd string criminal judge. Former public defender what do you expect? DeSantis made a terrible decision making her a judge. Maybe she can make this POS her personal chauffeur.

  • What?? ROR with that Hx and a severely injured victim. We know what’s eventually gonna happen.

  • Good luck getting any $$ out of this one. He’s an example of why our insurance rates are so high.

  • He already ran from the scene of the accident, has 15 driver’s license suspensions since 2008, and he is let out ROR? Anyone with common sense knows he more than likely will run again. Just lock him up this time and throw away the key because he can’t be trusted to obey the law.

  • He nearly kills a guy on bike, flees (probably on drugs or alcohol), has multiple arrests for driving without a license but let’s let him go on “R&R”, can we sue judge joy danne when he drives AGAIN AND KILLS SOMEONE? WTF! Now let’s see if they show up to court. SMMFH

  • This may be controversial, but did the owner of the vehicle allow him to drive, knowing he didn’t have a license? Perhaps the fiance should be criminally charged, as well.

  • At what point do all those crimes add up to incarceration so he can’t hurt more people with his illegal driving non-skills?
