The Construction Manager Contract was approved by the Board on November 7, 2023, with McCall Parrish Constructors, Inc., Gainesville, Florida. On April 2, 2024, the Board approved a GMP for Early Release Bid Package Number One (cast-in-place concrete, HVAC, electrical and earthwork) for $18,100,831. Subcontractor bid prices for the remainder of the project have been received and a proposal has been prepared for the School Board. (Eunice)
