Newberry Mayor Tim Marden to host Legislative Town Hall on August 23

NEWBERRY, Fla. – Tomorrow, August 23, Newberry Mayor Tim Marden will be hosting legislators from the area from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Mentholee Norfleet Municipal Building in Newberry.

Scheduled to appear are State Senator Stan McClain, Dist-9; State House Representative Chad Johnson, Dist-22; and Chief of Staff Jessica Norfleet, representing U.S. House Representative Kat Cammack’s FL-3 office.

Doors will open at 9:30 a.m., with the program following shortly thereafter.

Mayor Marden will host and moderate. Following introductions and a moderator-led discussion period, the audience will be able to ask written questions. The town hall doors will be open to the public beginning at 9:30 a.m. Filming will be allowed.
