Plans to Resume Normal Operations at UF, SF Topic of Tonight’s Telephone Town Hall

WHAT:Â The City of Gainesville will host its next telephone town hall at 7:15 p.m. tonight, May 13. Gainesville Mayor Lauren Poe will be joined by leaders from the University of Florida and Santa Fe College to discuss the institutions’ plans to transition back to normal operations.

The telephone town hall will be streamed live on Facebook, the City of Gainesville website and on COX Cable Channel 12 and will be archived online.
Leave it to these so called “leaders” to do all they can to make sure local universities are open. It’s the only way they can maintain their stranglehold on the community. Time for the real residents to step up and stop taking from the fiscally incompetent.
