Rep. Kat Cammack co-sponsors ‘Riley Gaines Act’ to protect women’s sports

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congresswoman Kat Cammack joined Congressman John McGuire to protect Women’s Sports from radical transgender ideology by co-sponsoring H.R. 7368, the Riley Gaines Act.
“Women’s sports are for women. Period,” said Rep. Cammack. “Forcing female athletes to compete against biological males is unfair, unsafe, and a direct assault on decades of progress under Title IX. Riley Gaines had the courage to stand up after experiencing this firsthand. This legislation ensures female athletes are no longer silenced and finally have the legal tools to fight back.”
The Riley Gaines Act protects female athletes and the future of women’s sports; it is inspired by former NCAA Division I swimmer Riley Gaines and her advocacy.
The bill would:
- Establish a clear legal pathway for biological female athletes to hold institutions accountable if they negligently or recklessly allow a biological male to compete in female-only competitions.
- Allow female athletes to sue for physical injury sustained while competing against a biological male.
- Provide a cause of action for damages, including loss of scholarships or professional athletic opportunities.
- Strengthen protections to preserve fairness and safety in women’s and girls’ athletics.

Case and point. USA Women’s hockey team plays by the rules
women competing against women and win Gold. Its a simple thought Biological Men compete against Biological Men and Biological Women compete against Biological Women. There is no in-between. In-between in HUMANS does not exist in science or nature, period.
In-between in HUMANS does exist. Educate yourself.
When you are born you either have a stem or you don’t. You are a male or female at birth, period. You can’t change your DNA. To allow a evil scientist to implement some weird science project or allow a doctor to try and cut parts of your body off in a failed attempt to make you something you are not is a sure sign of mental illness. Most of this tranny males wanting to compete in woman’s sports are only doing it because as males they suck in their sports. This tranny mental sickness has nothing to with being gay. It is just as sick as the idiots tgat think they are dogs or cats. What’s next sewing on tails, and removing voices to allow only barking and meowing.
That is so factually incorrect it’s not even funny. Try looking up Swyer Syndrome and androgen insensitivity syndrome, for starters.

If Kat, or any othe Republican Senators or Representatives had an ounce of self respect, they would join those Democrats staying home tonight.
The reason to normally attend the SOTU is to hear the President report on what’s happened in the last year, to map out proposals for the next year, and to affirm respect for our democratically elected government and the President, agreeing with him not a necessary part of that. Unfortunately Trump is unable to tell the truth – unless by accident – is a fount of ill-will, insults, cruelty, and generally false personal self dealing who has already ended respect for the office on his own. Who sits quietly through 2 hours of non-stop lies and insults without surrendering their own self respect. We all know that is what will happen. This is not a normal president nor a man of any honor or integrity and he deserves an empty House floor – except maybe those SC Justices he slandered, who in their black robes could symbolize vultures.
Stay home Kat and show us you have some semblance of honor.
I hope every democrats does in fact stay home. They are only making elections easier for Republicans and Independents. Dems can not stand that Trump has turned this country around. Prices and taxes here as well as other blue areas are not Trump’s fault. The blue governors, county and city commissioners, and mayors are the one that continue to raise state and local taxes. The constant penny taxes on gas and increased sales tax cause everthing to be more exoensive. Democrats can only blame themselves for higher beef prices. Their BS policies about reducing cattle from farting has caused a cattle shortage in the country.
We deserve a more serious representative than this spineless sycophant.
