Reward offered for info on January 1 shooting

On Saturday, January 1, shortly after 1:35 p.m., deputies responded to the 500 block of SW 68th Terrace regarding a person being shot. Upon arrival they located a large crowd around a male lying on the ground who had suffered a gunshot wound. Deputies immediately began providing emergency medical care until Alachua County Fire Rescue arrived and transported the victim to a local hospital.
The victim succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. He has been identified as 21-year-old Gainesville resident Kiontaya Presley.

Just for the record Mr Jim it wasn’t black on black crime Mr Presley tried to walk away from the crime and was shot in the back so if you don’t know all the facts maybe you shouldn’t have so many negative opinions about black on black crime or black lives matter again Mr Presley tried to avoid the confrontation and walk away and was shot in the back that could happen to anybody regardless of their race or gender…
Technically there is no such thing as “ black on black crime” it’s literally just a crime like it would be if it was “ white on white,” but please continue soo we can know the true thoughts of our fellow neighbors.
