Shooting at Sweetwater on 16th sends juvenile to the hospital

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Gainesville Police Department officers responded last night to a shooting at Sweetwater on 16th that sent a juvenile male to the hospital.
At about 7:16 p.m. on Thursday evening, officers responded to Sweetwater on 16th (205 SE 16th Ave.), where they found a juvenile male who had been shot. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Multiple shell casings were found at the scene.
This incident is still under investigation.

Maybe the City can hire the homeless to pick up some of that brass for recycling.
They’ll be able to fill multiple rolls; ambassador, environmentalist, and sanitation engineer.
