Take this useless POS put him in gen pop Tattoo I like little girls on his forehead and let nature take over
Lowest scum on earth.
This POS will rot in jail@
While obviously I do not condone the behavior, how about a statute of limitations? We don’t want to be like California, with no statute of limitations where you suddenly get sued by 20 different women as soon as you get rich, 20 years after the alleged behavior occurred. Often times it seems like the victim’s memory improves dramatically as the alleged perpetrator’s pockets deepen 👀 💰 😫ðŸ˜
There is no statute of limitations for capital sexual battery on a child under 12. 12-18 victims has a longer statute of limitations and 18 and up victims is the shortest. It is the legislatures acknowledgement that younger victims are more vulnerable and can take longer to make disclosures. Criminal statutes have nothing to do with getting sued.
He got bail? That ain’t right.
