This is exactly what I think when the same group of Democrats speak during public comments at every GRU Authority meeting.
Funny, they’re usually the same one who still think the Biomess project was a good idea.
Former Commissioner Helen Warren sure looked like a kook when she told the JLAC Committee that the biomass plant was “the best thing they ever did.” Then poor old Hinson-Rawls-Hayes or whatever her name is now insisted “the infrastructure is already in place!” to allow customers to have multiple electric companies. It was like a kid telling her daddy she had a rocket ship in her room that could travel to the moon.
