They just can’t let go of that ‘free’ GRU skim $$$ for their failed social justice BS agenda.
As the back-Ward Mayor of Gainesville, I am not worried about Big Daddy Eddy B because I am more, most, mostest, smarter then him. He tried to stop me from taking barrels of money out of GRU before so I fired him. Even when he told me that me continuing to take all this money out of GRU would bankrupt the utility and or have to be paid for in the utility bills by our customers. So I told Big Eddy B, “let the customers eat cake” but the ironic thing was I told him this while I was eating cake myself.
Bielarski will keep the whackos in check financially. Maybe things will start turning around for the city, it is about time.
Yes he’s gonna out whacko the whackos, we’ve seen there already. Blow a gasket Bielarski…let’s have that cartoon.

To all of the veterans, past and present, and descendants of those who made those sacrifices – remember their sacrifices were not in vain. Take a silent moment to remember them.
Despite what many claim, there are many reasons people still come to this country and many others will do whatever it takes to defend it. On the other hand, there are just as many who will instead just suckle on the teats of the opportunities it provides.

You can NOT vote the biomass/tree burner bandits at city hall out of office.
They operate like a cartel and have control of the local DEC and all the other local political groups who help get them elected.
That is why Democrats and others went to Tallahassee for help.
After Pegeen Hanrahan was elected mayor in 2005, it appeared they wanted to save the Country and the World from global warming on the backs of GRU customers AND have bragging rights when they went to the Florida League of Mayors to say that THEY/Gainesville are the leaders in so-called renewable energy.
It is a crying shame that this “clan” of zealots were able to run our utility’s finances into the ground leaving GRU customers with sky high utility bills. Their grip on power now at city hall is ironclad.
However, residents from ALL political affiliations tried to prevent this disaster from happening.
Prior to the city commission on May 7, 2009, all Democrats and members of the DEC, all voted to approve the unnecessary multi BILLION dollar biomass/burner boondoggle, there were a group of seven democrats who filled FIVE legal actions against the city to try to stop it, to no avail.

That’s not a fly, it’s the guy Ward handily beat for Mayor a couple of years ago. That’s the pattern – those who can’t get elected dog catcher in Gainesville are placed in charge by our overlords in Tally and Newberry. Democracy has been cancelled in Gainesville and Alachua County by the state GOP. They can’t have any blue citizens making decisions.
It’s kinda of gard to take blues citizens seriously when the head of the blue citizens acts like a tard at the sight of ice cream, babies, and the smell of females hair. Plus he can’t make it through a day without lying about his fantasy accomplishments, family being eaten by cannibals, or his secret demand that people need to clap for race baiting speeches.
