Dance Alive stuff, yeah maybe. UF Symphony attacks Mahler’s Resurrection, yeah maybe (might be a thrilling crash and burn experience or soaring to Icarian heights), Czech symphony, yeah between Kafka, Dvořák, Havel and Kundera, most things Czech are good (except Janáček not so much).
“When UF Symphony attacks Mahler’s Resurrection” stil laughing, oh well said and witty!
Who needs hippodrome when we got this?
If the hippodrome can’t generate enough revenue to pay for itself, it should close down… who owns the land the hippodrome sits on?
Hippodrome has a stellar track record of putting on great shows, but lack of nearby free parking downtown dilutes peoples’ interest in attending. Too bad, because the Hip is a truly wonderful venue.
