Top Air Force JROTC Cadet honored by Sons of the American Revolution

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Gainesville Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) proudly presented a certificate, the Bronze ROTC medal, and a $50 cash award to a top Cadet in the Air Force JROTC at Buchholz High School.

On April 30, Colonel James Roberts, Buchholz ROTC instructor, hosted awards for the Cadets under his care in the Buchholz High Auditorium. At the ceremony, the Sons of the American Revolution, a legacy society made up of descendants of Revolutionary War Patriots, presented Kenneth Patino with these awards.
