A sworn complaint has been filed against the driver, 18-year-old Elijah Ray Mark.

  • An 18 year old used to be a man. Not a teenager. Does make the crime sound softer for the city and county. Just kids being kids.

    • 18 literally has the word “teen” in it. Yes, legally an adult but also still a teenager.
