GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Fall sports are right around the corner, and the UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine team is here to support you and your young athlete this season.
During the Heat, Heart and Head Sports Injury Prevention Symposium, UF Health physicians will share tips and best practices in handling sports emergencies, ranging from sudden cardiac arrest to concussions to heat illness. Gators basketball great and SEC Defensive Player of the Year Patric Young is this year’s featured speaker.
