GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Meeting notices for the City of Gainesville, including agendas and details on how to watch or attend, can be found here.

Updates due to issues with the air conditioning at City Hall:

  • The General Policy Committee Meeting scheduled for June 13 at 1:00 p.m. has been canceled.
  • The Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Hearing scheduled for June 13 at 9:00 a.m. has been canceled.

  • Now they know how many in the community feel because they can’t afford to run their A/C.
    They should be strapped to the dais until they sweat back some of the profits they’ve been taking for years from GRU.

  • Q: is city hall’s AC a newer, greener tech system? I hope it’s still under warranty … 🙃🤑
