Perhaps the county will invest in the ambassador program. Get several cars, and have the homeless drive around all day in their assigned sector. Helping the other homeless move, go the convenience store, deliver beer and cigarettes, molly, spice, whatever they want. All on taxpayer dollars. However they couldn’t call it ‘door dash’, no doors!
