Ward Scott Opens Podcast Platform To All Candidates

Press release from Ward Scott Files
Gavin Rollins To Host Virtual Event Thursday, June 18th
The Ward Scott Files Podcast is preparing to host its first ever virtual fundraiser from 6 to 7:30 p.m., June 18, for Gavin Rollins, candidate for the United States Congress, third district. The COVID-19 pandemic has limited candidates’ public appearances for all political offices. Consequently, The Ward Scott Files Podcast is sharing its platform and its audience to help the community get to know its candidates and potentially support their efforts. “I feel it’s my responsibility to share my platform with the candidates; most importantly for the citizens,” said Scott. “If these candidates cannot get their message out, many voters will be going to the polls blind. I can’t have that on my conscience if I can do something.” In the last month on Facebook alone, the show has reached 64,306 people.
Thursday’s forum will be co-chaired by both Tyler Yoho and Debi McElroy. Ward Scott will be the event moderator. Gavin Rollins will speak at the event along with a panel of a dozen or more select sponsors who will share their endorsements for Gavin’s candidacy.
The Ward Scott Files Podcast is distributed across Facebook, YouTube, Apple Podcast, Spotify, Google Podcast, as well as other popular social media and podcast platforms. The Ward Scott Files Podcast thanks the Gavin Rollins campaign for being the first of many candidates choosing to appear on The Ward Scott Files platform to aid in their fundraising efforts. Ward Scott invites all candidates for public office, regardless of their candidacy or party affiliation, to join the show to share their message and for fundraising purposes.

You say “Ward Scott invites all candidates for public office, regardless of their candidacy or party affiliation, to join the show to share their message.” Yet the ad to the right of this says “A SHOW NOT FOR LIBERALS.” That does not sound very all inclusive and welcoming to candidates with political views different from the podmeister.
