It would be interesting to do a covert study. I saw a white panhandler quit and get into his car a short distance away when it started raining. I’ve seen plenty who are able bodied working age and many who are obviously on SS, medicaid, disability, VA benefits and God knows what else. Per capita (it’s hard to understand for you) 2/3 should be white. 10 years ago there were none. My guess is that most ghettos are too well funded already, too lazy or too disorganized to even panhandle.
2/3rds are not just white but men. Working age men. I see three of them on 16th and Waldo, they were taking turns sitting in a wheelchair with a sign. I almost applaud their ruse.

An intervention to save the mother’s life in an ectopic pregnancy is NOT AN ABORTION. It’s impossible for that embryo to develop into a baby, so the choices are for both mom and baby to die or for the mom to live with intervention that ends the ectopic pregnancy.
