Woman shot in the Power District

Gainesville Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting this evening near the intersection of S. Main Street and 6th Avenue. The victim was shot in the jaw. Officers have a description of the shooter and are following leads.
Let’s hope and pray for the victim, and for downtown.
How come they haven’t disclosed to the public what the
Shooter looks like? Shouldn’t the public be notified?
Where’s the social justice murals about drugs & guns being bad & ruining lives? Don’t all lives matter? Is that considered the east side of town?
