Cease and desist letter sent to school board: “We will challenge each and every 3-2 vote”

Attorney Jeff Childers has sent a “Cease and Desist” letter to the school board’s attorneys, on behalf of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against School Board Member Diyonne McGraw, demanding that the board stop counting any votes by McGraw, whose future in the seat is in question after a petition revealed that her home is not in the district for her seat.

The letter says the plaintiffs will “challenge each and every 3-2 vote where Ms. McGraw’s vote swung the outcome. You took an oath to uphold the Constitution and the Laws of the State of Florida. I look forward to observing you carrying out your duties.”
